<div id="description"><p><em>Fresh to Decay</em> refers to a series of short experimental films about the lives of juveniles, their thoughts, and emotions. The work involves marginalised subjects such as: sex, campus violence, and depression. It comprises of video clips from different platforms along with original dialogue written by the filmmaker. Each short film can be viewed independently as an individual project, or seen as chapters of a larger whole: "Fresh to Decay".</p>

<div id="bio"><p>Xiting Xu (CN) has a background of screenwriting and lens-base art. Her work is influenced by a variety of media such as film and cyber-culture. By combining the fictional narrative with real people’s online life, her work draws a unique picture of young people in the Internet age.</p>
